Shipping Policy

We currently ship paint kits with USPS Ground Advantage.

• Orders include 2 business days of processing before carrier transit begins.
• Estimated delivery timing is shown during checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Need Saturday delivery? Contact us at info@paintsipdepot.com and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return due to damage or shipping error, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process.

Please submit a return request within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging, if damaged
